  3. A special sale contract for Condo Resort Hotel Units, designed specially & carefully for clients looking for small profit generating investment while the unit is not in use.
  4. Units Owners will have their units available for their use as per contract for 4 weeks per year and strictly NOT as a permanent branded residence.
  5. The Resort Hotel Condotel operates all year, using pre-sold units to generate revenues for both, the Hotel Owner / Developer and the Units Owners.
  6. Units Owners do not have to worry about Utilities, Repair & Maintenance.
  7. Units Owners will earn generated revenues out of their owned & operated units for 11 months per year, included in hotel operations, while they are not using the units.
