In 2020, it was established by Mohamed Kamal, a hospitality professional with extensive experience in the luxury five-star hospitality industry. He graduated from the American University in Cairo with a degree in Business Administration, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and Cornell University in Lausanne, Switzerland, and began his career with Management Training in The Sheraton Hotel Management Company . From there, he worked with prominent global brands such as:

Sheraton, Mövenpick Hotels, Hyatt Regency, and STEIGENBERGER M.E.

AMG HOSPITALITY LLC, a luxury hospitality consulting firm, offers advisory services to clients from hotel owners and real estate developers. It provides an integrated center for technical hotel support in the luxury hotel sector in Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh, Marsa Alam, the North Coast, Al Alamein, the New Administrative Capital, and El Galala.
